“I absolutely loved my stay at this gorgeous little hotel. A warm and friendly welcome, easy parking, a lovely room, a perfect location, and an amazing breakfast! I would say one of the best breakfasts I have had. Staff couldn’t do more to make the stay any better. Would highly recommend this place, whether it’s for a romantic getaway, or business - you will not be disappointed. ”

“What a beautiful village and setting. The old white hart is a wonderful building, original features with tastefully done modern twists. Our double bath was more like a small pool, truly truly spacious. We loved it! ”

“The manager went out of his way to make our visit enjoyable. We had seen there was a film in town we wanted to see and he magicked up a tasty pasta dish early for us. And good advice and a map for a walk about this lovely town for the morning.”

“ This is a wonderful B&B tucked away in the Northamptonshire village of Brigstock. We stayed in The Willow room for 2 nights. The room has a super comfy king size bed, with that home from home feeling. The roll top bath and walk in shower was a pleasant surprise! Sam was the most gracious host, her attention to detail, super breakfast choices, and cookie treats in our room. We will most definitely be back to Swallows Rest on our next UK visit, and have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.”

“Was a big scare when we reached the apartment and found out this was no one there for check in & no instruction sent before our arrival. In this remote location, the mobile connection is bad and I luckily able connected to WiFi in an indian Resturant. Found an old email thread, replied to it and luckily i received a Uk phone number to call for self check in instruction. Felt quite worried at the beginning with my wife and boys and about where we sleep . Not a good experience ”

“Pleasant staff on arrival nice and prompt attention, lovely surroundings outside. Comfortable room with great corner bath for much needed relax. Most excellent steak pie for supper. All positive, only negative would be poor wifi connection booster required i would suggest . Nevertheless great stay for business travelling”
