“3 star is perhaps pushing it a bit. Also the room was not made up for our second night (i.e. bed not made, small bin not emptied).”

“There is no air con and the window cannot be opened. There is no curtain near the bath tub. No staff come to clean up after 11 am. Breakfast which costs 12.5 pounds but very few choices . Small hotel not quite the same as in the advertisement. ”

“Absolutely fabulous stay at the Townhouse. The property is immaculately presented and in a great location overlooking the park and short walk to city centre. We could not have wished for better service from David, truly a wonderful host who had thought of everything for our stay including toys and changing mat for our baby granddaughter who was with us only for the afternoon. “This is a lovely and comfortable home within walking distance of Perth. There’s a comfortable sitting room a large dining room for morning breakfast and the rooms were clean and quiet. Graham was the young man managing the property while I was staying and he was wonderful to talk to and most helpful with anything I needed. The breakfasts were delicious and had a huge array of options. I highly recommend it.”
