“I had a fantastic stay at Westerly! Communication surrounding the check in was flawless and it was nice to have a convenient parking option on-site. The rooms were very comfortable and are just as advertised in the photos. Would very much recommend to any family/friends travelling to the Dallas area. ”

“House was easy to get to and check in at. Garage fit one large car (barely, but it fit). There was no soap or shampoo in any shower, and some of the towels weren't super clean. Beyond that it was good.”

“We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, hence the warnings about the quiet hours. It was not an issue for our group. We would definitely stay……

“We booked our stay months ago for my 20th high school reunion, we knew it would be a busy weekend because of the Texas OU game. We think the host Realized they could have charged a lot More for that weekend and must have booked somebody for more and decided. Instead of letting us know to ghost us completely. Neither VRBO or us could get a hold of them.”

“Couldn’t complete stay. The apartment reeked of marijuana and was gross. Not taken care of and not as depicted on your website. Lack of communication from owner of property. Refused to take my calls after I made them aware of the situation and that we were leaving property. Very disappointed in hotels.com for the way they handled the situation and I bough the travelers insurance and no one will refund me my money. ”
