“The Property had bugs and she did not give me mu deposit back she claimed someone was smoking in there and i dont even smoke ”

“This property is involved in fraudulent activities. They are taking the money for reservations and when you show up and see this nasty, disgusting place, they tell you that the city of Waco has shut them down and they will cancel your reservation so you can get your refund. Then they proceed to deny your refund. They are scamming people. They are located very close to Baylor University and they are using that to get reservations and taking peoples money. The pictures on the site does not look……

“For my purposes, this property was perfect. Reasonably priced, extremely clean and neat and the desk clerk could not have been more friendly and helpful. Anytime I come to Waco, I will be staying here.”

“The rooms were quiet and clean. Most things were better than expected. Some of the doors needed maintenance like the one letting you out of the pool area. Overall, it was a nice stay.”
