“A last minute reservation was efficient, easy and accurate. I bought the insurance because of the nonrefundable nature of the late reservation, but it was not necessary. I was happy to pay it and not need it than the other way around. Thank you.”

“The staff was outstanding. Kaylissa, Sabrina, and Vince were helpful, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for whatever need or question we had. We felt safe, as we were three ladies in a new city. Our room was clean with lots of hot water! The breakfast was great. We were in Waco for my son’s wedding and our stay at Best Western Plus was perfect. Close to the venue and the reception location. We would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you!”
