Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. “The location is very close to the downtown just around 10 minutes drive. The owner is nice to communicate and able to fix issues quickly. The only issue was much noise from upstairs guests at the first midnight and owner helped resolved the issue quickly.”

“Room was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with laundry detergent if you need to throw in a load. Pool was great and is open 11-8. Plenty of parking (pd) around the building—it is easier to see what is available before it gets dark. Metro blue line stop is less than 5 minutes walking and you can even go through the Marriott lobby to get underground there. Such an easy home base to get to all the sights in DC with the closeness of the Metro……

“We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed while we were there. It was nice and cool to relax in after long days of sightseeing. Great location, too! We walked to the Capitol one morning (20 min) and the rest of our days we walked to Eastern Market metro line (also 20 min). If we find ourselves in DC again, we’ll definitely stay here! ”

“Needed a place close to my brother's home. This was absolutely perfect. Beautiful lush greenery out the back. If i used the hottub it would have been very serene. The bed was super comfortable with the bathroom attached that had been incredibly appointed. Hot eater was instantaneous with great wster pressure for a relaxing end to the day. Owners on-site could not have been nicer and accommodating early arrival. ”
