“We stayed here for a second time after enjoying our first visit last year. The neighborhood is quiet and right next to a beautiful park. The kitchen/living room combo is great for cooking and hanging out in. Communication with the host was great. Thanks for a lovely time!”

“The property manager Dennis was very accommodating and accessible if you need anything. The house has plenty of rooms for sleeping and a nice big living area where we could all hang out together. Easy access from the property to restaurants and major attractions in Louisville. We would definitely stay here again!”

“House provided a clean environment and space for three adults and two small dogs. It was central location to get to other stops in Louisville. Enclosed back yard provided spot for dogs. Neighbors were nice. Everything we needed was provided. ”

“Property was great. As listed. Check in / check out process was seamless. All appliances (although some were dated), utilities, and electronics worked perfectly. Had a great weekend with friends and the house made it easy and convenient. Neighborhood felt very safe and was very close/convenient to downtown. Recommend for anyone needing a safe/convenient place in Louisville to stay!”

“The bunkhouse was quiet and cozy. The bed was soft; the bath towels were huge and plush. There was a basket of snacks waiting for us and a large decanter of cold, ionized water in the fridge which was delicious. The place was not cluttered, and since it had the "open" concept, it was a rather large area. Even the bathroom was nice size. The owner was so nice and approachable. “We were there for the Kentucky Derby. The location was perfect. We were close to the expo center and to some great restaurants. The house was clean, decorated very cute and had everything we needed. Loved the “coffee” room! ”
