“Muy buen servicio en todos los aspectos. Solo por un inconveniente sobre los cobros, tuvimos dos habitaciones por dos noches, pagamos todo anticipado, llegando se pagaron las dos noches dé parquímetro y los dos depósitos pero al final nos hicieron otro cargo a nuestra tarjeta que no tenía ningún sentido, no nos dieron solución ni respuesta. ”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out.
