“Had a comfortable stay with my daughter. Maricruz was in touch with me the whole time. We had everything we needed and even used the beach chairs and were provided beach towels. Definitely recommend”
“It was very nice and clean and next to some great entertainment. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to help accommodate. Check-in was pain free and checkout was even smoother. If I had to absolutely complain about something it would be the elevators are slow and there’s only two of them. ”
“It is very clean inside, the staff are very friendly. No parking if you have a car leave it down at the end by the police station or where the cruises come in don’t risk getting towed. Very safe the door to get in locks after a certain hour and you can only get in with your room key. Someone is always at the front desk. Everything is within blocks it’s very convenient. Everyday our room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels and the bed was changed. ”
“I like how the hotel is set up its is very romantic and couples friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that the bell boys did not do their job at all, I can count on my hand the number of times the door was opened for me and my wife with 4 guys standing outside on their phones. I was a vip customer but did not recieve that treatment at all times.”
“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”
