“We traveled with a dog. The dog floor is the first floor, which really seems like the basement since the lobby is on the 2nd floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although the property looks like it’s seen some wear and tear. Customer service was okay; request anything for the room and you’ll likely have to go pick it up from the front desk yourself. My only complaint is the smell in the hallway of the dog floor- it definitely smelled. Decent value for money though otherwise.”
