“My cousin & I chose this hotel as a base camp for hiking on Terceira because of its close location to Monte Brasil, the harbour & lots of restaurants. All the staff were very kind, thoughtful & helpful. We were checked in by Fluberto, who gave us good advice for our 1st hike & Lisandra connected us with an amazing taxi driver (Vasco) who was bilingual, and assisted us with our late check out request. We met Jeff, the owner & his lovely dog (Whiskey)- you can tell he has put a lot of thought……

“We liked the suite room with the loft bedroom and two bathrooms, one up and one downstairs. The town also had a beautiful garden area behind the property. The location was also very convenient. Very nice staff.”
