“Loved my stay! Very comfortable quiet space. The first night there was a raucous family in the hot tub and they drained all the water but the next morning the management company was out and cleaned it and filled it! Very responsive!”

“It’s basically one room and I imagine it started life as a garage. But I found it clean and comfortable and welcoming. I sure I hope I can stay here next time. I’ve stayed in other places in Eureka and they were kinda worn down by moisture and age. This place felt fresh. There’s a gas fireplace and a gas heater. The hot water is good. Lots of outlets (would be nice to add an outlet with USB port). From what I saw the dishes were nice. Hosts right next door and accessible. ”

“This apartment is an absolute gem. It was clean, nicely furnished, and full of period details and thoughtful touches from the host. Checking in was as easy as entering the code into the door. The rest of the property is absolutely lovely as well, and Kristina and Hans were wonderful to chat with and answered all of my questions about the area. My only regret is that we stayed just two nights and were gone most of the time so we didn’t have time to fully enjoy the place. We will be coming back……

“I would step into this marvelous apartment- if I could step back in time! I was amazed at how beautiful and all the attention to detail. Perfect wall paper, Oriental carpets and so much more. A bit of a backstory. I made another reservation on VRBO and that other owner cancelled (shame on you Margo.). There I was at the last minute on graduation weekend with no where to stay. I'm not sure I even looked at the pictures of this absolute gem. Two bedrooms was all I cared about. It was……

“This VRBO Forest Retreat was well appointed, very modern, clean, had a great garden just outside the windows, had all the appointments we needed. We enjoyed the kitchen, bedroom was comfortable and bath had all we needed. Thank you for a lovely place to stay. ”

“It has manageable limitations of space regarding entry and parking. It was a good location for us allowing easy connection to Eureka bike trail system. Modest in size and yet completely functional with comfort. An artistic beauty of furnishings with excellent quality of kitchen and overall amenities.”
