“Loved my stay! Very comfortable quiet space. The first night there was a raucous family in the hot tub and they drained all the water but the next morning the management company was out and cleaned it and filled it! Very responsive!”

“It’s basically one room and I imagine it started life as a garage. But I found it clean and comfortable and welcoming. I sure I hope I can stay here next time. I’ve stayed in other places in Eureka and they were kinda worn down by moisture and age. This place felt fresh. There’s a gas fireplace and a gas heater. The hot water is good. Lots of outlets (would be nice to add an outlet with USB port). From what I saw the dishes were nice. Hosts right next door and accessible. ”

“We had an absolutely outstanding stay! The home was spotless, updated, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week. The Tempur-Pedic bed was a big hit with my parents and now they want to get one for their home too. “The Sequoia Cottage was a perfect place for my family and I as we found ourselves in Eureka for a funeral. It allowed us to have a sense of comfort and home in a more relaxed environment than a hotel room. Seemed to be so close to everything. Would definitely stay here again when we are in town. ”

“I would step into this marvelous apartment- if I could step back in time! I was amazed at how beautiful and all the attention to detail. Perfect wall paper, Oriental carpets and so much more. “I first stayed at the Ginger bread house in the 80ies not long after it became a B&B. It is just as wonderful now as it was then. From tea time to the stroll in the garden is was a magical stay.
