“We had a FANTASTIC stay at this home! It was clean and the perfect spot for a large group. The hot tub spa was a great addition for my group of 11! The beds were firm but comfortable. Upon arrival, the location was a little more of an industrial area (a little rough) and the neighborhood had an array of new and old homes- but even with a group of women in there mid to late twenties- we felt pretty safe! It was close to downtown and we were able to get to and from places very easily. The……

“Very tidy, very nice duplex. Made use of the hot tub, deck and grill. Propane tanks were available for the grill and fire pit. The queen over queen bunks were nice and spacious. Lots of room for the 6 of us. ”

“Communication with the host Tyler was solid. Check in and out was easy. The house is beautiful and as advertised. We all loved the hot tub and spending quality time in the backyard. The host supplies so many amenities to keep you entertained through your stay. We’ll be back!!”

“Great 1/2 way location for a girls gathering. Beds comfy, nice for each girl to have her own sleeping space. Enjoyed the outdoor seating area for cocktails and conversation. You are attached to your neighbor-so if they are loud, you’ll hear it. ”

“The home was amazing. Had a small hiccup with the gas fireplace but the host took care of it very quickly. The rooftop deck was VERY cool. Will look at a longer stay next time... we love Fountain Square and Indy.”
