“It's hard get all this for this price. It's not that quiet like other reviews said unless you get up early in the morning. Heating works perfect, it is a bit warmer on the top floor and cooler in the kitchen but nothing to worry about. Parking on the front, walking distance to the grocery stores. 5 stars from me and will come back again.”

“The hosts were fantastic—very friendly and accommodating. The property itself was excellent, tucked away from the main road yet within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to the Chicagoland area!”

“We stayed for 9 nights in July 2025 with 4 people and 3 dogs. The home was perfect for us: clean, well-appointed, well-located close to the city, all-one-floor (one of us is handicapped), plenty of parking (even for additional visitors), and a large fenced-in yard. The beds were big and comfortable, plenty of room throughout, plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. The neighborhood is nice, we walked our dogs every day and felt very safe. “Great location and experience for our Chicago family get together. We defintely like to keep this property and host on short list for next visit.House was very well stocked, appliances and ameneties were very new and location was fantastic. Plenty of driveway parking and nice yard area. Neighborhood was quiet except the typical 4th of July neighboring fireworks. Ohare is close but we only heard take offs when outside.Drive into Chicago downtown was closer to 40 minutes on average but our stay……

“Really beautiful and safe neighborhood just 3 mins from the train station. Access to the city was really easy!Beds were very comfortable, the only thing I'd flag is the steep stairs may be difficult for elderly or people with mobility challenges. Other than that it's great spot for all. ”
