“Our stay was fantastic! David was very accommodating in letting us put our luggage in a safe environment until we were ready to settle in. The entire atmosphere made you feel at home. Everything was very clean and organized. The kitchen was great with all the condiments needed for the Keurig coffee machine. The bathroom was very well stocked with towels and toilet paper. “Mike arrived immediately for check-in. He was a fantastic host, very informative about what to do and where to go and places to eat. When 2 of our group became ill, he kindly left us energy drinks. Facilities at the house were excellent, property was spacious as per photos and very clean. We would highly recommend this property and this host to anyone planning to visit the Chicago area.”

“The property is very nicely done and thoughtfully furnished. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and very functional. The two stories make it easy to spread out. “This was the first time I ever booked a VRBO. Nicole made the process so easy for me and was very responsive to any and all questions I had. The location couldn’t have been any better for anyone going to the baseball game. The patio area worked perfectly for my family to unwind at the end of the day. “Don’t let the “upper floor” on this listing scare you away, it is a full house you have access to which was our concern. There’s a second (basement) unit that is fully separate- although you need to be conscious of noise on the first floor of the house if it’s rented which was fine with us. Good for a local wedding we were attending- tons of space. Perfect for our group of 4 (late 20’s, early 30’s) but would be a good sized property for a family as well. We could have had 2 more adults or 4……

“Very clean. Spacious, open living area, lots of storage and comfortable beds. ”

“This was a very nice property that was able to hold eight people comfortably. The neighborhood was the most attractive part of this property. It is in walkable distance to a lot of stores and restaurants, and felt very safe. Property was clean and there were many towels and linens available. My only complaint was that the basement was not fully set up upon arrival and someone access the property without us knowing to finish setting it up halfway through our stay. ”
