“The lake house was perfect for our stay. We took 27 people on a 3 day church retreat, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The lake house was very clean and comfortable. the views from the lake house to the water are amazing. We loved the large kitchen with industrial size appliances! There are two bedrooms on the main floor with two bathrooms just outside of those rooms. The large living room, large dining room, and large kitchen are also on the main floor. All other rooms are downstairs……

“Great place to stay for our family of 5 on a visit to Auburn. Plenty of room to spread out. The views from the dock are absolutely gorgeous. Enjoyed a day on the lake with a boat rental from Southern Boat Rentals. Great dinner at Prime Steakhouse located in the Stillwater Country Club and fun lunch watching March Madness games at Niffer’s. Only thing that would make this house better is a television on the mail level (there’s only one in the house and it’s on the bottom floor) and the……

The back balcony was very relaxing, comfy chairs and an amazing view of the lake. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay at Lake Martin. ”

“The beauty of The Waters has to be experienced. It can’t be described. The lake , the scenery, the variety of birds to watch. It’s so peaceful and beautiful everywhere. The cottage was beautiful , comfortable and perfectly located near the town center which has restaurants , morning coffee, essentials to buy at the small store , And a new Spa! The wedding at the Chapel nearby made it the perfect place to stay and enjoy not having to drive. You can check in, park and never leave!! Everything……

“Nice location, just a couple minutes down the road from TU! Tub, bed linen, refrigerator and yard were all clean. I left my electric toothbrush and the host offered to ship it back to me! Next time I’m in town, I’m definitely booking this but again! Thank you! ”

“This is a verly clean 2 bedroom 2 bath home. The beds are comfortable. You can park your car steps away from the entry, making loading and unloading easy. The hot tub was very clean and large. All the features on it were in working order. It was the nicest hot tub I have been in at rental properties. It was very relaxing to watch the sunrise from the hot tub overlooking the wooded back yard. The host answered all my questions promptly. I had a lovely visit. ”

“We came down for a wedding and we happened to book pretty last minute. From the photos I thought it looked nice but we really just wanted a place to fall asleep close to the wedding. Turns out this place is much more impressive in-person. The place just felt clean and smelled clean, the ceilings are higher than I expected which was nice. We came back from the wedding and actually played ping pong and ended the night in the hot tub. What a great little weekend retreat, wish we had gotten more……
