Lisa the Manager was excellent as were the rest of the staff; very attentive and pleasant throughout. The two pools offer more than enough room for all the guests to chill out, and they serve an adequate free breakfast. “We stayed in one of the Forest cottage. We loved the grounds of the hotel and the gardens were so beautiful. We booked late and the only room available was one of the cottages. We found the decor to be very dated including the bathroom and it had no air con. The bathroom taps were very stiff. The pool area for these cottages felt like it needed updating/cleaned and the lounger covers on the chairs were in need of a clean and quite dirty.
