“At first, we were nervous that the property was so far up the mountain and down a tiny back street, in which the taxi wasn’t even able to go down. We had to walk a quarter mile down this alleyway to the location. However, once we arrived to the property, it was beautiful and the hosts were extremely hospitable and happy. They arranged a Vespa to be brought to the property and even cooked us homemade breakfast every morning. The room was beautiful, clean and had its own bathroom and air……

She went above and beyond to provide much needed assistance for an acute illness. Very nice, big and clean apartment. The only thing I was not impressed with was the breakfast. It was the same every day. They should change it up every other day.”

“This charming hotel was beautiful, with a wonderful view and rooftop bar. The location halfway between Sorrento and Pompeii was perfect. The included breakfast was SUPERB. But what really made this hotel stand out to me was the staff. Carlo and Mario were absolutely incredible and accommodating. They helped us organize transportation to and from Naples for our travel, helped get us to and from the Vico Equense train station, and even thought to pack us a breakfast to go when we had an early……

“The hotel is in an incredible location, the view of the sunset is priceless. The hotel is clean, and the staff is attentive. The only thing that left something to be desired was breakfast. The coffee machine that was available and free to use was instant coffee, which had a questionable taste compared to the excellent Italian espressos. If you wanted, you could ask the waiter for a real espresso or a cappuccino, but these were limited to just one per person.”

“My adult daughter and I stayed at Maison Tonina and it was the perfect get-away. It doesn't look like much on the outside but the rooms and common areas are absolutely charming. The walls are so thick that even though there was no vacancy during our stay, we didn't hear a peep from the other guests. The balcony and air conditioning (worked great!) were nice to come back to after a day out in the sun. There is no breakfast served — only 24 hour coffee and tea.
