“This was exactly as pictured. Relatively spacious, comfortable and cozy apartment. Top floor allowed for lots of natural light. Neighborhood seems perfectly safe - there's an elementary school across the street where I took a morning walk and felt safe as a middle aged woman walking alone. Bedding and towels would benefit from an upgrade as they were a bit worn. But host was proactively communicative, had a simple self check-in procedure, and made everything comfortable and easy for us as……

“The price was right for this three bedroom townhouse a couple miles outside UPenn. The cleaning lady was leaving as we were arriving and was friendly. A few specific things to note about this spot:1) The toilet began overflowing after the first flush and a plumber was called but not available that day. We all had to use one toilet and had to remove water from the floor that had overflowed and started running into the bedrooms.2) There is no living area to hang out. There is a kitchen with some……

“The neighborhood is not great, but this place has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for half the price of most places. It could definitely use more seating in the living room and a kitchen table or counter top for eating, but the beds were comfortable and it was very clean.”
