“Outstanding place to stay. It's relatively new and they are still working out some kinks.... e.g. the letter which informed us of the entry code was not clear on the sequence of steps needed to enter the residence. So we were locked out. Fortunately help was nearby and came quickly. But if we would have arrived in the late night it might have been bad. I think they are correcting their communications.”

“Accurate listing. Spacious rooms and quiet location. We stayed 2 nights and were very happy. The onsite pool was clean and fun and is close to downtown Kanab.”

“Honestly with the location being right in the middle of downtown you’d expect loud noises and chaos. But Kanab is a little different. The location allowed me to have easy access to local stores and restaurants all within walking distance and not to mention being the ideal spot for the 4th of July Parade! Absolutely loved this place!”

“I really enjoyed the Suite. I am a minimalist so there was no need for a full kitchen for me. I brought a 2 burner stove to cook dinner and then used the microwave. That would probably be the only thing keeping people from as long of I stay that I did. Dan was amazing to work with and jumped on top of any requests I had about the place. ”

“We love staying in Springdale. We go every year on our anniversary. We chose to stay at this location due to watching this place be built from the ground up. The owner Trevor is a kind man and his daughters help run the businesses below. It’s an amazing atmosphere and location. We will come back many more times. ”
