“Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Modern Oasis. The house is completely new. Great pool. Good communication with the host. The house, pool, and grounds were even better than described. There were 5 queen size bedrooms not 4 and 2.5 bathrooms, not 2. The appliances were all brand new and too smart for us ;-). We didn’t know what to expect this being our first visit to California and staying in a VRBO. Our host responded well to our needs.”

“Although this location is right on Orangeburg Ave, we enjoyed our stay. It was close to McHenry where you had access to lots of restaurants. The duplex was clean and spacious especially the master bedroom. We felt safe and would stay here again.”

“This property is awesome and David is a great host! Due to an unexpected medical situation, we had to rebook for different dates- David was very cooperative and helpful in getting that done without any issues. This is a great property with great views, cozy rooms and safe, secure access. We won’t stay anywhere else while visiting Stockton!!!!”

“Safe walkable neighborhood with well kept yards and roads. The house was as described, clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. I would book again!”

“My family of 12 (10 adults/2 kids) visited this vacation rental for a week. We adored the house - especially the kitchen! It was a well adorned space for cooking and grilling. The pizza oven was a fun touch!We also appreciated the comfortable bedsand the multiple spaces to relax and visit - inside and out. The property manager(s) were very responsive to our questions and the proximity to downtown Lodi is ideal. ”
