“We had a great time at this home in Discovery Bay! The location was great! Close to fast water and in a great bay! Loved the deck and dock! The only thing that was missing was a washer and dryer. We stayed for a week and has no washer or dryer. But we had friends in the area that helped us out.”

“Beautiful property in a safe, fantastic location in Modesto. Outdoor area with pool was beautiful. Pool wasn’t heated, so we didn’t actually go in, but we enjoyed sitting outside by it with coffee in the morning. Would recommend staying here. ”

There were a few things not working properly at the time of our visit which was not ideal, but the house was clean and decorated beautifully and the exterior is very well taken care of. we enjoyed seeing the alpacas outside and I wish we would have had more time to schedule a tour to actually interact with them. Overall a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. ”

“The house was new construction. The backyard wasn’t landscaped & you just look out on dried dead weeds. The house is sparely decorated. The dishwasher didn’t work even though it was new. The internet was spotty. There is a fair amount of freeway traffic noise at night.”

“This a nice property in terms of location, host responsiveness, easy parking, and decor. However, there are a few things keeping me from giving it 5 stars. The beds are extremely firm. All 5 of us in our group found them quite uncomfortable. We also had an issue with operating the thermostat. It’s a digital unit that isn’t intuitive and doesn’t include any operating instructions. I felt bad that the AC guy who came out to the property late in the evening had to be the one to show us how to use……
