“Our second stay at SS9 and our fourth in Orient Bay. Great location - 3 minute walk to village shops and restaurants. Upstairs unit has spacious sea view balcony with fan, is comfortable and well equipped - kitchen utensils, beach towels, good AC, water filter on frig dispenser is a big help. Coupons for free chair rental with lunch purchase at various beach clubs. Good Morning Cafe for breakfast and lunch and pastries. Great restaurants also in Grand Case - La Villa has wonderful food and……

“This property has a wonderful location within walking distance of beautiful beaches and first-class restaurants. Plenty of space for four adults and we enjoyed the back porch for breakfast and games. Community pool area is clean and most times empty. We didn’t use the third bedroom, but it had a king bed. One bedroom had a full private bath, the other had a private sink and shower but toilet was in the hall so not quite as private. Gilles and Alex are super accommodating! This is a nice, updated……

“Just arrived home after a two week stay at this wonderful property. The house is very spacious and very well stocked! The outdoor space was used every day and the pool is right out the back door! Probably the best thing about this property is the commute to the beach. Walk across the parking lot and you are there with restaurants and shops a short walk away. I would not hesitate to recommend this property ”

“Had a very nice 2 week stay. The unit is a good size, comfortable bed, good kitchen, and of course, the great view from the balcony. The area is quiet and a short walk to the north end of Orient Bay beach. Jen was very kind to replace the beach towels when we had the original ones stolen. That was very much appreciated. “This condo was in a perfect location. Right off Orient Beach! Arrangements made for reduced cost beach chairs. Several dinner options right around the corner. I'd get a car right off because taxis prices are ridiculous. There were a few small things I'd change (like sets of drawers in bedrooms) instead of enclosed shelves very near the floor. I'd go again in a heartbeat. I'd buy the condo if I could.”

“The place was very beautiful and clean. The owner was very accommodating. After asking him where we could buy pillows (since the pillows at the house were not to our liking), he actually bought 2 new pillows for us to use. The house is great with the 2 floors for the 2 bedrooms. The open air concept is beautiful as it always seems like you are part of nature. The only bad thing is that when you close the garage like doors, there aren’t any windows for you to see outside. Overall we had a……
