“This is our second visit to this property and has become our favorite vacation rental. The peaceful property has amazing views and lovely grounds that soothe to soul (and give our dog space to run and explore). The house is perfect as well with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen,”

“We didn't need to avail ourselves of the on-site cafe or hot tubs etc. but the room was pleasant and comfortable. The kitchenette needed a dish rack and maybe another set of dishes. But the beds were comfy, the little patio was OK, and the shower/tub was excellent.”

“Farhad is an excellent host. Evening cookies, home-made creative breakfast and Friday evening Piano concert are BIG highlights.”

“The cottage was the perfect place for a wonderful get away on San Juan Island. Mary is a very creative artist and has decorated the cottage beautifully and provided absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The gardens are filled with fantastic flowers and the patio and view are a great place to enjoy meals. We hope to return soon!”

“The cottage itself was very inviting and comfortable. It was also a very quiet area. The only problem I encountered was the overhead fan above the bed. It was remote controlled and one night, the light came on randomly. Thank goodness it only happened once as I had no other trouble.”
