She reached out multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed to make our vacation amazing.! Coastline College has beautiful views and the cottage was super clean! “The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. I……
