“We requested (last minute) to check in the same day as booking, which is sometimes tough! The owners responded very quickly to my inquiry and allowed us to check in that day! The house was very clean and had everything you might need in the kitchen! We slept in the master with a king bed. I believe the mattress was newer but was just a bit soft for us…definitely not a game changer for sure!!!! Would totally stay again!!!”

“We loved the property and the carriage house. Our kids rode the paved bike trail next to the house. Loved seeing cows out the back window, and we could not smell them. The proximity to the Monument is a huge plus, and we enjoyed downtown Fruita which was only a few minutes away”

“We visit Fruita once or twice a year and love to stay at the rentals managed by Kristy and Mike. This property worked well for 2 adult couples and our dogs. Comfortable large king suite, small queen room, well equipped spacious kitchen, and plenty of living room seating. Dining room seats 4-6 comfortably.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful kitchen and shower. The dog room was awesome for feeding and allowing the dogs to have their own space. The wood fence in the back yard was great? Very tall and sturdy so no worries about dogs escaping, and the back patio with lights was very nice. Will consider staying again if in Fruita again. Thanks for a great stay.”
