“We requested (last minute) to check in the same day as booking, which is sometimes tough! The owners responded very quickly to my inquiry and allowed us to check in that day! The house was very clean and had everything you might need in the kitchen! We slept in the master with a king bed. I believe the mattress was newer but was just a bit soft for us…definitely not a game changer for sure!!!! Would totally stay again!!!”

“We loved the property and the carriage house. Our kids rode the paved bike trail next to the house. Loved seeing cows out the back window, and we could not smell them. The proximity to the Monument is a huge plus, and we enjoyed downtown Fruita which was only a few minutes away”

Comfortable large king suite, small queen room, well equipped spacious kitchen, and plenty of living room seating. Dining room seats 4-6 comfortably.”

“The house had everything we needed, the laundry/dog room was great, the back patio was perfect for relaxing after biking. The house is walkable to downtown Fruita, close to restaurants and breweries. Quiet neighborhood. Exactly as advertised - will definitely stay here again! ”
