“The house is located in a nice and quiet area a 3-4 minute drive from downtown Fruita. It was clean and spacious with enough beds to accomodate all 7 of us. The couches and beds were comfortable. My kids loved the bikes. I strongly recommend this house to anyone with a large group.”
