“Amazing....Absolutely a must stay..!!! The service was incredible...Kicking my self in the ass because i didnt get the name of the lady whom has bionic hearing that attended to everything, from us checking in to the complementary glass of wine to the complementary breakfast in the morning where she was attending to...also..!!! and the food...Absolutely enjoyed the restaurant and the bar....i do not drink wine but my wife and mother in law do and they said it was fabulous to their tasting...and……

“We visit Fruita once or twice a year and love to stay at the rentals managed by Kristy and Mike. This property worked well for 2 adult couples and our dogs. Comfortable large king suite, small queen room, well equipped spacious kitchen, and plenty of living room seating. Dining room seats 4-6 comfortably.”

“Loved our stay at the Minturn Haus. Beds were very comfortable and the spaciousness and ceiling height made us feel at home. Very large dining room table but small kitchen. We elected to eat out with so many food options through the area. The wine theme of the apartment resonated with us but sure wish the wine bar downstairs was still in business. Everything was exactly as described and we would stay here again with pleasure. Thanks!”
