“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We only spent one night. It is located right next to a winery and not too far from the downtown area. We were received with a complementary glass of wine which we enjoyed in the beautiful patio. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent too. The staff was very friendly. We want to come back for longer :-)”

“The house is located in a nice and quiet area a 3-4 minute drive from downtown Fruita. It was clean and spacious with enough beds to accomodate all 7 of us. The couches and beds were comfortable. My kids loved the bikes. I strongly recommend this house to anyone with a large group.”

“Loved our stay at the Minturn Haus. Beds were very comfortable and the spaciousness and ceiling height made us feel at home. Very large dining room table but small kitchen. We elected to eat out with so many food options through the area. The wine theme of the apartment resonated with us but sure wish the wine bar downstairs was still in business. Everything was exactly as described and we would stay here again with pleasure. Thanks!”

“The staff is top notch! Very courteous and friendly. I ordered dinner through GrubHub and the front desk called me as soon as it was delivered. I've stayed at this property twice in the last month(I have a student at CMU) and it just might be my go to hotel. Very reasonable priced. My only criticism would be the breakfast, the food was only lukewarm on borh of my visits.”
