“The hotel has an amazing location, fabulous architecture and is maintained in a great condition. The common areas and rooms were super clean. However at this price you would expect some level of service and hot water in the shower. Check in was ok - the person at the reception was obviously new so a little bit clunky check in process. However.. I had ordered a restaurant table in advance for dinner that night. When I showed up around 7, the restaurant was less than half full, and I asked……

“No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces .
