“服務細心，我check out後叫酒店幫我call taxi，幫我call完後，因的士不能直達酒店門口，還派員工陪同我出路口(其實不足一分鐘路程)等的士，陪我等到的士到，送埋我上車才回酒店。”

“This hotel is amazing. The views are stunning, the pools are beautiful, and the whole property is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. You do need a car to get here, but it’s worth it—I recommend staying more than one night to truly enjoy everything. The food was some of the best we had during our entire Europe trip. The restaurant at night is especially incredible. The pools do close a bit early, which was inconvenient, but everything else made up for it.……

“This hotel was a charming little place in Tuscany. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped. Rooms were big with comfortable beds and modern. In Tuscany, mosquitoes are a thing but our apartment had mosquitoes plugs in each room. There was a shared laundry we could use. The outdoor pool was great with a lovely view, parking was free, reception staff were nice and buffet breakfast was delicious every morning. An amazing place to stay!”

“Hotel was amazing. We had a short stop in Pisa, and this hotel couldn’t be better. It’s absolutely stunning, the staff are incredible - so warm, welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gorgeous, great value hotel about 5min walk from the Leaning Tower.”

“房間整潔舒適, 可惜當日入住時酒店不提供冷暖氣, 此酒店有一大事項我覺得有須要改善, 就是接待處的職員常常都不見人, 而且wifi非常不濟, 房間是收不到的, 一定要到reception才可收到...但酒店附近的環境非常好, 十分適合我這個城市人, 因為我都是第一次行入葡萄園走走....但如果要去此酒店一定要自駕遊, 因為都幾偏僻 ; 餐飲就冇乜選擇, 晚餐只有A餐和B餐, 但幾好食...整體對此酒店都幾滿意”
