“万怡酒店，这是一家星级酒店，但是房间里竟然有蜱虫，而且蜱虫还吸了血。这三年来我一直住在这家酒店，但现在这家酒店实在是太脏了。蜱虫的出现导致我当天就被救护车拉到了医院，导致了很多麻烦。这个烂酒店竟然连个回复都没有。最烂的万怡酒店，玷污了万豪的名声。”

“David and his team were very hospitable and friendly ”

“A great location - 10 mins from the old town and 5 mins to a tube station. We only used tge tube on one day and walked to everything else. Reception are supposed to be there 7am to 7pm, but seem to wander off! However, they are very speedy to arrive if you WhatsApp or ring the number displayed. It's a small hotel (18 rooms) so that's why there isn't a 24 hour reception. Everything is very new with lovely feather pillows and duvets and a nice bathroom with fluffy towels. Rooms cleaned well……

“Excellent service. I had an issue with my tour company and Clara, in reception, was so king helping me. She went above and beyond trying to find out information I needed. The hotel was clean, easy access, not far from Old Town. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again if I am in town. ”
