“The modern room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I slept well, not disturbed by any other guests. The biggest win for me was the fantastic value for money which meant I could afford a 5 night stay. Buses into the city were frequent though I could walk to town centre in 15-20 minutes. ”

“Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Especially the breakfast Maitre D who went out of his way to be helpful and add tomatoes to my full English breakfast. Not so helpful on overnight resident parking charges at £12 per night. Quite an unpleasant surprise! ”

“Chloe the barmaid was a great host who kept us entertained when we returned to the hotel in the evening. The dinner was unexpectedly delicious and the breakfast pretty good. We were definitely one of the younger people staying there but the location was amazing. ”
