“Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!”

“We went to relax while looking at the water and fish a little and we got just what we wanted. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had! Perfect weather, good fishing just outside the back door, and several great outside spots to enjoy it all. Plus, Cotter has a nice little park/boat launch area that we enjoyed too.Our group was supposed to be 3 couples but ended up with 2. Very comfortable for 2 but would have been okay with 3 and pushing a couple twins together. Had a nice……

“Great location and layout but i would not recommend it for groups larger than 6 adults. There are 2 bedrooms that show 2 beds in each which is technically accurate but the rooms are extremely small especially when trying to use the beds. The other limitations are the 2 pullout couches in the basement cannot both be used at the same time as the room is not large enough for that. All of the indoor and outdoor spaces are great and we enjoyed our stay but it is not one i would select for large……

“We wanted to go somewhere that was off the beaten path, quiet, peaceful, where you can hear nothing but the wind through the trees, and see the stars. We were happy that is just what we found here. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are nice and have extras of things you may have forgotten. Everything was very clean. Plenty of cozy blankets for winter months. As far as cooking, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed walking the trails around the property and walking down……

“Our group was my parents (in their 70s), myself, and my two young kids. We chose this property because there were amenities for all of us - bunk bed for the kids, fire pit for s'mores, plenty of bedrooms so everyone could sleep comfortably, recliners, single-level, and a large kitchen for cooking our own meals. Communication with the host was great; she even worked with us on our checkout time due to a conflict with our fishing excursion. I would recommend this house to families or a group of……
