“We went to relax while looking at the water and fish a little and we got just what we wanted. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had! Perfect weather, good fishing just outside the back door, and several great outside spots to enjoy it all. Plus, Cotter has a nice little park/boat launch area that we enjoyed too.Our group was supposed to be 3 couples but ended up with 2. Very comfortable for 2 but would have been okay with 3 and pushing a couple twins together. Had a nice……

“Great location and layout but i would not recommend it for groups larger than 6 adults. There are 2 bedrooms that show 2 beds in each which is technically accurate but the rooms are extremely small especially when trying to use the beds. The other limitations are the 2 pullout couches in the basement cannot both be used at the same time as the room is not large enough for that. All of the indoor and outdoor spaces are great and we enjoyed our stay but it is not one i would select for large……

“We came to fish and relax and that is just what we did. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted. My husband fished off the dock and the bank and I relaxed on the screened in porch. The home was in a great location and the views were amazing. We had a perfect stay and caught fish. ”

“We wanted to go somewhere that was off the beaten path, quiet, peaceful, where you can hear nothing but the wind through the trees, and see the stars. We were happy that is just what we found here. “Our group was my parents (in their 70s), myself, and my two young kids. We chose this property because there were amenities for all of us - bunk bed for the kids, fire pit for s'mores, plenty of bedrooms so everyone could sleep comfortably, recliners, single-level, and a large kitchen for cooking our own meals. “The property is beautiful and the accommodations were amazing. The only issue is the fact that you can hear the people in the upper unit walking around. To be fair it is in the property description that we would be able to hear this, but the tenants above us were stomping around all hours of the night.
