“I stayed here for 2 nights in May 2025. While going over my room upon check-in I discovered that the coffee mugs were used. Housekeeping rectified the situation and brought me a box of chocolates as recompense. Great touch! The breakfast has a good variety. The coffee machine brews tepid blah coffee, just have tea. Front desk can be replaced with computer screens. They barely made eye contact with me. Housekeeping seem to be better trained in hospitality. ”

“Lovely little place for our quick stay in Galway. Location is 15 minute walk from main city center and the restaurant downstairs has great food. Everyone was very kind -Louise at the Front Desk was a standout! “The hotel is good but unfortunately our AC was not working. We realized the issue last at night so did not bother the staff but they do have 24x7 frontdesk so the fault is not of the hotel. We just got unlucky. Breakfast was Great with a wide selection and hot food. Recommend the place to others as its walkable to anywhere in Galway.”

“Hotel room and bathroom very small but clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor which meant carrying luggage up 3 flights of very narrow stairs, staff assisted - historical building, no elevator. Once moved in we enjoyed the stay! Included breakfast was fresh and delicious, staff was very welcoming. Right on pedestrian street with restaurants, bars, music - we enjoyed the proximity and walkability but some may find loud for sleeping.”
