“The property was completely closed…. Unable to check in as a result, obviously…. Zero assistance from Expedia and as opening act for a show on May 13th at the amphitheater missed my job because of this. Completely unprofessional booking a room and then not providing assurance of a refund or anything of the matter. Tonight has been ridiculous as a result of Expedia’s incompetence in this matter ”
