“Andrea and Rachel really have outdone themselves! This place is nestled in the rear of a larger home with a sliding glass door entrance and beautiful fountain area to greet you. The trickle of the water through the screen door while relaxing after a long day of work was such a special treat! The bed is amazing and the cookies Andrea leaves for you are delicious! “The building was easy to find and park. The apartment was clean and cozy and centrally located to all the spots we wanted to visit. ”

“A clean and maintained property. The proprietor seems to put a lot of effort into making it welcoming and livable. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and basic ingredients (spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, etc.) without having to buy full quantities. Some older details need work like the shower faucet. It was tricky to figure out how to change the temp. Loved having a laundry facility and free parking! All in all a great little spot to call temporary home. Would book again. ”

I had plenty of space to enjoy relaxing after a long day as well as host my parents for dinner. The unit was stocked with plenty of cooking supplies, shower needs and even laundry. “I'm pretty sure this is the closest rental you can get to Cal Poly Humboldt's campus and the owners have thoughtfully provided a wonderful little garden hideaway. A generous room with every little detail thought through, you will rest easy here and find all the amenities at hand. True, there is no kitchen with this unit (there is a mini-fridge, microwave, small oven and some dishes for your convenience), but why would you miss out on all of the wonderful local food places within just a few……
