“A bit noisy in the room but you’d expect that being above a pub. Lovely room & great shower. Staff really friendly & great breakfast at reasonable price. ”

“Warm, spacious and quiet room (top floor). Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice made to order breakfast from a menu with a variety of choices. Great location in old town too.

“Lovely winter option. Pod was cosy and warm. Shower/toilet block was excellent. Kettle and a few tea/coffee amenities provided which was lovely. Only thing the pod could have done with was a nightstand/bedside table for glasses, phone etc as ended up using one of the fold up wooden chairs. Mattress was very soft so if you’re used to a firm mattress just make note.”
“The hotel is old but very nicely maintained and uniquely decorated; great food in the bar/restaurant, though a bit pricey for a very small community like this. Staff are helpful as well.”
“The new inn is an excellent place to stay close to rye. The rooms are immaculate. The hosts are friendly and provide excellent service. The food in offer is also very good.”
“A quiet , comfortable and cosy hotel which is ideal for exploring the local 1066 countryside and beyond into the south coast at Hastings, Bexhill, Rye areas
It’s small, but everything they do is great
The staff are lovely
I particularly want to commend Toby for being so accommodating and helpful after I checked in very late one evening
I’ve already booked to come back when I’m next in the area

“We enjoyed our stay at Bannatyne spa hotel. The executive double room was spacious and relaxing with a queen sized bed. The spa/leasure facilitates were very good. Just a shame we had to pay extra for that. ”
