“We got to the house at 3:45 first thing we see trash all over the place outside tried to get in at 4:00 stated check in time couldn't get in because the door knob was locked,at about 4:05 the cleaning people showed up so obviously the house had not been cleaned. Cleaning people were there about a hour and 45 minutes although according to the checkout policy you need to be out by 10:00 am because the cleaners need the full 6 hours to get the house cleaned so as you can guess the house wasn't……

“Great communication. Check in was easy and flexible. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The upstairs bed was extremely comfortable. The mini split in upstairs bedroom and the window AC in downstairs bedroom worked great. New refrigerator with cool ice spheres. It was great having access to the garage.House has great bones. It is undergoing lots of upgrades in between rentals, so expect a little dust and work in progress. Kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathroom renovations look almost……
