“The size of the room was bigger than normal but no hot water in the shower, the heater wasnt working too well even after puting it to 85 bearly any heat. And although the door was closed and locked it wouldnt close properly. ”

“Hotel sheets were not clean could not swim pool nasty front desk person very nice but room was not pictured as shown”

“It is rare to report being pleasantly surprised these days, but we were! Room was clean, modern, spacious, and well appointed. Hotel and room smelled like a spa. Staff were very accommodating with a special request, also friendly and cheerful. We had an issue with our blinds not working, and the night guest clerk came and helped us fix it right away. The area felt safe and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good (you must try the biscuits!) I do not hesitate to recommend. ”

“Service was excellent. Loved the location! Close to everything on campus. Only problem we had was the AC. We were on the top floor and the AC was pushing to stay 73. Luckily we were not there during the day. ”

Comfort of the bed was ok, not the worse mattress, not the best mattress, my only real complaint is shower could use some water pressure and breakfast was just Ok. Biggest perks was How clean it was, it felt safe there, it was in a convenient location. I would stay there again if I’m ever in the area ”
