“This property is very lovely location, it is quite far away from airport but not difficult to reach to hotel. Front desk staff are really doing great job Specially Kumudu assist us lot as well she did really good support to us. We enjoyed staying with this hotel during our holiday ”
“Such beautiful design of the room making it warm and cosy. Thoughtful touches made it so welcoming. Loved the radio playing when I arrived, the little note and some treats. Warm lighting. Cosy bedding and earplugs. Fresh milk instead of UHT.
Absolutely loved this room. The guy on reception was lovely. Couldn't fault it. Highly recommend.”
“Safe and quiet, not a busy hotel with great view overlook Epsom Down race course.
Only dislike is breakfast choices are the same everyday with any changes.”
“Lovely one night stay. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely with a comfortable super king size bed. Only slight issue was the room felt cold and the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to want to generate heat. Lovely wool throw blankets on the beds kept us warm though.
Restaurant was lovely and staff were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and served very hot. Staff made sure the food was ok for us and kept our drinks refreshed.

“Staff at the desk was very helpful and polite, the property itself is quite nice, although be did say it's under renovation but was still really good, furniture currently a bit outdated but still nice for it's age, also very close to the airport. Would definitely come again.”

I asked if they can post the postcards for me (I have already attached stamps), bhr they refused as they said they would then need to be responsible. I am quite surprised by this reply, especially at an ibis hotel chain. ”
“The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.”
“The staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful but it was on the same level and overlooked the beer garden, so I think that this could be a problem in the summer. It also had an interconnecting door, which meant I could hear my noisy neighbours very clearly!”
