“Excellent stay. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and the staffs at the reception were very professional, polite and resolved all our concerns and queries. The environment was clean , room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We ate at the Wilfred's restaurant , bertram and the lounge, food was top notch to all of them👌 . “The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury.”

“Had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Amazing room and also amazing food. Had dinner when we arrived and it was cooked to perfection. The breakfast the following morning was excellent. Plenty on the menu to choice from and also cereal, yoghurts and fresh juices available to help yourself.”
