“The front desk has a hard time registering me because I purchased through Expedia. My complimentary bottle of wine was two cans of wine. The room was small but nice. There is construction but we didn’t hear it. What we did hear were sirens. All night long. There are also no vending machines anywhere in the hotel to get water or soda. “Overall nice place for a 4 star hotel. Nothing was exceptional other than the staff, but the room and hotel in general was overall satisfactory. They did let us store our bags there for free the day AFTER we got off our cruise, a week after we had been guests, and we greatly appreciate that. ”

“My boyfriend & I stayed in the studio apartment w/king bed. The only negative thing is there was no blackout blinds, so it was difficult to sleep past sun rise. I reached out to customer service & they were very accommodating & moved us to the unit with a bedroom where the wall is blocking the windows. The rest of our stay was great. Very clean and felt safe in the building. ”
