“Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding.”

“The space was comfy, loved the added touches - board games, books, records, etc. Location was perfect for what we were doing - skiing at Bristol Mountain, hiking. Stephanie was communicative and helpful when we had a small issue getting into the property. Overall it was a great place to stay. ”

“The house was very nice. Bed very comfortable. Clean and well kept. Nice neighborhood and literally less than 5 minutes to the letchworth park. There was a lot of literature as well about the whole area. We have stayed in many vrbos from ny to key west to Tennessee and beyond, this one did not disappoint at all. Would recommend anyone to stay there. The host was great as well. That is huge!!! ”
