“Good weather helped to maximise our enjoyment, though I think if it weren't warm and sunny, staying indoors would have been good too. ”

“Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding.”

“The house was very nice. Bed very comfortable. Clean and well kept. Nice neighborhood and literally less than 5 minutes to the letchworth park. There was a lot of literature as well about the whole area. We have stayed in many vrbos from ny to key west to Tennessee and beyond, this one did not disappoint at all. Would recommend anyone to stay there. The host was great as well. That is huge!!! ”

“We were in town to see family and this was the perfect spot for our family that lives in Leroy and Batavia. The only comment I have to share is that the shower is small and I only say so because then you won’t be surprised. It works fine just small is all. All else was very nice and enjoyable. ”
