“Two issues the toilet was not working properly needed plunger brought and had to keep taking lid off to work toilet. We had jacuzzi and we all noticed black stuff coming through jets as it operated that was a bit gross to say least. Still love West bank inn but felt uncomfortable by both issues. Employee came to fix toilet but I actually had to fix it ”

“Very nice lady checked me in, and the process only took a few minutes. Hotel grounds well-kept with good security lighting and plenty of parking spaces. Room was nice and clean and free of odor. Bed very comfortable. Best night's sleep I have had in a while. On the outer edge of town but restaurants and businesses nearby. I'll be back.”

“Our group enjoyed our stay at this property. With ample amount of beds, and plenty of room for our group to spread out, it fit our needs for the weekend well. We used the barn/gym frequently to play a variety of sports and games. ”

“Great cozy spot close to all attractions in Celina, St. Mary's, and New Brenan. Had all the things we needed. Very walkable place with lake, restaurants and parks in less than five minutes of walking. ”

“Communication with the owner - always a pleasant exchange. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Property itself - large, clean and nicely kept - met our needs as a group of 6 adult girlfriends. We were just there in mid-September and the weather was in the high 80's with low humidity. The pool is not heated but the water warmed up enough that we were able to enjoy it all weekend. The family room area with the TV had comfortable furniture and there was plenty of room to……

“Great place and wonderful views. If you have a dog though, theres no good place to take a walk unless you drive somewhere. Maybe because it was off season, but it was nice and quiet, except for the yappy dog across the street waking us up at 5:30 in the morning. Short drive to stores and restaurants made it a convenient place to stay.”
