“I used to live in this beautiful area and it was such a treat to be able to stay somewhere right in the middle of all that is historic downtown Orlando. It is such a unique and beautiful neighborhood and NOTHING like other areas of the city--but you have to experience it to understand that. Dyna's spot is smack in the midst of it, and just a few minute's walk to the little bars, bistros and quaint places to gather, including Lake Eola. She is a lovely person and we could not have enjoyed staying……

“We traveled with our grown children, their spouses, and our grandchildren. This home is stocked with everything you need from beach towels, wagon and a beach canopy to a kitchen complete with an extra ice maker for beach cooler fill ups! We opted to heat the pool for our stay and were not disappointed. The short walk to the beach was a breeze, making trips back and forth super easy. “This is a great property! Its location put us very close to everything we were doing (Universal, Kia Center, and restaurants). The pool is great! My only suggestion is to leave a list of things to do each day for pool maintenance (empty the filter basket, empty the vacuum baskets, etc) so that the leaves don’t overwhelm the pool. “We came to town for our daughter’s graduation at UCF. The property is in a nice neighborhood and the patio with the lake view was relaxing and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped which allowed me to cook for my daughter’s graduation party. This was well worth it and so much better than staying at a hotel near campus which by the way were way more . I would definitely stay here again. ”

The only negatives are the stairs to the second level are narrow and small and the bathrooms downstairs and very small. “We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent……

“Casa Bella was very clean and nicely maintained. But the so called 5th bedroom was an “office/bedroom with a pull- out but not a bed. The 4th bathroom was so tiny that you couldn’t use the toilet and close the door. None of the showers could get cold water. The water was steaming hot in every shower. Accommodations were nicely sufficient”

“My daughter and I stayed here while attending my daughter’s cheer competition at Disney world, D1 summit. While it was an about 40 mins away to get to the parks the drive wasn’t terrible. The tiny home was perfect for the two of us. It was definitely as described “tiny” but actually had more than enough storage and room for both of us, and we come with a lot of stuff. The house was cleaner than most 5 star hotel rooms we’ve visited this cheer season while traveling. We didn’t get to enjoy most……
