“The upstairs apartment is CLEAN,modern and very well outfitted. Host does not skimp on appliances,provisions nor quality of linens. Even the tv was easy to figure out and if you rent often ,you know that can be a hassle. Good water pressure in the shower. The air conditioning worked well! The property is pet friendly although I ended up taking my dog to a sitter as she is young and needs to run. There is no fenced space/yard. Designated parking spots made parking simple. “I was glad that I spent the extra time on VRBO finding this perfect spot, with a balcony overlooking the sea so close that I felt I could just jump down into the waves at high tide (I didn't!). The apartment is small but clean and bright, and quiet during our stay. It felt like old Florida, just 3 stories. “It’s a small but fully equipped place. Easy parking and very quiet area. The AC is a little loud but thankfully the weather wasn’t too warm so I didn’t need it on. The landlord was responsive. Easy, flexible check-in and check-out. I asked for a late check out and the lord allowed it.”

“My boyfriend and I came to Orlando for a weekend for a concert at the Kia Center. The place was just perfect for a weekend trip, best part was we walked to the concert venue and back so we didn’t have to deal with traffic. The place was cozy and quiet with super easy parking and everything. My only thing is the lock on the door was hard to operate (user error) but once I figured out how to work it all was well! Host is very friendly and helpful. I’ll happily stay here again the next time we go……
