“One of the best stays we’ve had. The Fly Fishing Flat felt as comfortable as our own home, it was super cozy with really great decor. My wife and I both agree, we could see ourselves settling down in a place just like this. We were 12 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and walking distance to great restaurants and the quaint Main Street. You can watch the rockets launch from right outside your unit - it’s directly across the river. The Sunrise is worth waking up for!Communication with Captain……

Never received the codes to enter the apartment complex and had to go through VRBO at the time of check-in and they did not get any responses. “Apartment was clean, quiet and located near our son and family. Rarely heard anything of the neighbors after we were in for the night. Apartment was just as pictured. The pool wasn’t spotless, but our stay also was during hurricane Helene. So there was some leaves etc for a couple days.. as would be expected. “Property is close to the airport, dining, groceries. Check in was easy. Beautiful view from spacious balcony. We didn't end up cooking, but if we did, the only improvement i would recommend is fry pans. Refrigerator is clean and large, more than we needed. Beds were comfortable. We wish we booked more nights to enjoy beautifull sunset and plenty of dining options. Highly recommend this place.”

“Very excited to stay in such a nice apartment on 6th floor. Due to street detours it was a bit difficult to manuver to the building. Place was clean, could've used a few more curtain panels to completely cover the windows.It would have been nice to have instructions for the coffee maker. Overall enjoyed our stay.”
