“Stayed in the condo for over 3 months while i recovered from a medical situation. I had 5 different groups of friends who stayed in the condo to help oversee my recovery. They all were very comfortable with the accommodations and access to the amenities at Ventura Country Club, the convenience of having Orlando Int'l just a 15 min drive away, and all the quality nearby restaurants. “The condo was in an ideal location for me and my husband. It was located close to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants, but most importantly, it was close to my daughter. She is planning her wedding in March and we were able to go dress shopping and locate the venue. ”

“The place looked to be clean, upon arrival I seen a large roach dead. Upon ordering food the othe roaches that were hiding all started to come out. We put food in the microwave when went to retrieved roaches was on the food inside microwave as well. To top it off, when my children got in the bed they were bitten up by bed bugs they was crawling on the pillow on my cousin shirt and when pulled back the comforter they were crawling in the in bed. “Do not waste your time with this fake listing. I’m still waiting on VRBO to refund me for this terrible situation. The owner never sent instructions on accessing the property, nor did they respond to customer service requests to obtain the info. Yes hurricane Nicole was blowing through Orlando, but the owner never responded nor sent any information when I requested it 4 days prior to the booking date. I should have known something was fishy when they never responded to my specific questions……

“I loved this little property! It was cute and had some vintage elements to it making it special! Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant! I didn't experience any issues, but if i did, the owner would have been easy to communicate with. The location for my purposes was great! The park across the way was nice. Overall great spot!”

“Family enjoyed stay at condo. Spacious and easy to find. Little suprised at lack of supplies. No cleaning products to wipe down counters or glass dining table and only two extra garbage bags. Manager very responsive to questions and no issues getting on property or in condo. Would suggest more explanation on key cards: one for the pool which we figured out pretty easily but no idea on the other. Price point was fair. ”

“Perfect for a couple. Nice price. Pics are accurate, loved the location, a nice quiet complex. Pool was literally right out the back patio door. Very clean, and the Hostess was very helpful for our first VRBO. Its a great place if you want to be close to everything, but avoid all the hustle. Lots of restaurants and such within literally 5 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“My 27 year old daughter stayed with myself, and my two other children (ages 12 & 15) and it was amazing. I felt it was a safe location for any of my children to walk to lake Eola (or ride the scooters. The electric scooters are literally located everywhere you look in the business district. This was an amazing find and I will definitely book a stay here again come this summer.”
